Pallet Sizes

We can supply any pallet size and/or configuration based on your requirements. The most common size pallet is the Australian Standard size 1165mm x 1165mm. We generally have stock on hand, readily available for delivery.

Heat Treatment

We are a certified Heat Treatment provider, compliant with ISPM 15 regulations. This service is provided on site. We can manufacture wooden products for you and heat treat them on our premises. We can also heat treat your existing pallets.

Unwanted Pallets

Please send through an image of unwanted pallets, the approximate dimensions and the number of pallets you have. We will then come back to you and let you know if we can take them off your hands.

What Are Skids?

Skids are pallets that have no bottom boards. They are commonly used for transporting lighter weight goods and products that may not need to be enclosed or have so much enclosure. Please call us to determine what's best for your transportation needs.

We are extremely concerned about the sustainability of our environment for our future generations. As a company we adopt the attitude that if we all do our part in sustainability by reducing energy use and waste, recycling instead of adding to landfill and minimising carbon emissions we can reduce our carbon footprint.

As an industry leader we set an example by sourcing only sustainably grown wood and have partnered with local recycling industries for all of our non-reusable consumables. We ensure that ALL of our material waste is recycled in line with the Australian Waste Strategy 2030. As an example, our plastic waste products are recycled right here in Western Australia at a HDPE facility where they are reduced into raw material for reuse in a variety of industries. We have reduced our demand for fossil fuels by introducing solar electricity and adopting strategies to ensure low-carbon emissions from our machines and vehicles.

The Forest Products Commission (WA) is the organizational body that exists to ensure sustainability of our forest and woods products industry by using native plantation on land that is Australian owned. The initiation values biodiversity, use of clean air and water as well as provision of regional work within our communities. At WA Pallets Pty Ltd we support the forest supply chain by choosing PEFC certified sawmills that actively focus and devote recourses to help protect the world's forests for generations to come.

Although pallets are made from a renewable source thousands of them end up in landfill each year. We contribute to a circular economy by recycling and reconditioning a large number of second hand and broken pallets. We have partnered with local wood recycling companies so any by products are recycled and reused for products such industrial charcoal, saw dust and animal bedding.

Servicing a variety of different industries with a vast array of specific needs, we use Process Management Software specially designed for pallet and timber processing and production. We use this technology to create a blueprint draft with 3D views from multiple vantage points. The use of blueprints helps us to assist our customers to meet their transport needs specific to weight rating and intended use. Products are built to specifications from scale drawings which give dimensions, grades and materials. Specification standards are followed during design process to ensure safety and reliability from the production stage through the transportation and storage of goods
